I don’t like the Russian sides more than you know. These individuals above were all in on the Covid and cost you and me a lot more than we bargained for. When you look at the housing developments above, they were built pre-pandemic and thousands if not more Americans sold homes they had equity in, enough to trade up, for example, let’s say in California you only owed $100,000 on a $500,000 home and you sold it to buy one of the ones above. You then took the $400,000 you earned and put it into a $900,000 home with now a mortgage being paid on a $500,000 home, not one you bought for $300,000 and had paid down. The lower mortgage you were paying was your comfort zone, and the amount you pay in the new home that seems better, newer has a significantly higher payment, let’s say three times for the sake of the discussion, so $1,000 per month to $3,000 per month. That’s not too high now because of the job you have and the family “deserves a better home.” Then the pandemic hits, and you get laid off after moving into your brand new home with the higher mortgage payment. So what happened to the $400,000 you paid down, as your current home goes into foreclosure because you were laid off and had less savings than you needed. You could be forced to move into an apartment, get bad credit and have lost all you paid in.
Now imagine that happening to thousands of borrowers across the country with the “Scam against America.” Where is their equity from the homes they sold to trade up? Who has their money? Trillions changed hands again, so we demand a real nice impeachment attorney and a lawsuit for trillionaire money
